AVC Distributor Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year from purchase date.  These Gift Vouchers can be used for any purchase on the AVC Distributor website at www.avcdistributor.com

In most circumstances you will receive the Gift Voucher within 1 Business Day after your purchase.  You will receive it via email at the email address provided at purchase time or the email that you have on your account.  This email will contain the Gift Voucher code which you can give to the recipient of the Gift Voucher to use at Checkout time on the AVC Distributor website.

There are no sales taxes or shipping costs for a Gift Voucher.  When added to your cart there may be a Shipping Amount shown at the bottom of the screen but at Checkout Time there will be no Shipping Cost.

Suggestions for giving the Gift Voucher to the recipient

• You can forward the Gift Voucher email via email to the recipient of the Gift Voucher
• You can give the Gift Voucher code as a gift by writing it inside a card presented as a gift.
• You can print out the email you receive with the Gift Voucher code and present it to the recipient.

Important Note about Payments:

Since Google Checkout is an external payment system we cannot process Gift Vouchers for these orders.  They can only be used for Credit Card Payment and Paypal payments.

What if the entire Gift Voucher amount is not used for a purchase?

Our system requires the entire Gift Voucher amount to be used for a purchase.  We realize you may not want to do this so if for any reason you don't use the entire Gift Voucher amount for a purchase please contact us at sales (at) avcdistributor.com after making your purchase.  Email us with the Gift Voucher code and your order number.  We will reissue the Gift Voucher for the remaining amount.  You will still have the same Gift Voucher code number.
