The 4X Quad Charge Station provides each remote with up to 13 hours of battery life and requires less than four hours of charge time. The fact that Penguin’s Quad Charger uses a Li-Ion Battery rather than the standard Ni-Mh also means that each remote will have 13 hours of actual playtime unhindered by drainage.

The 4X Quad Charge Station uses Li-Ion batteries rather than inferior Ni-Mh batteries that are typically used in other similar products and is equipped with a charge-percentage LED that indicates charge status at 25% increments (which gives the user plenty of advance notice before a recharge is required). As a free bonus, the 4X Quad Charge Station also comes with 4 colored remote straps to help gamers color-code their remotes.
