If you believe there is a copyright infringement on this website you will need to send communication that includes the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.  A hard copy can be sent in written communication or URLs in the body of an email can be provided.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material. The best way to help us to locate and remove content quickly is to provide URLs in the body of an email.
4. Contact Information for the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
