It is hard to find MSI Wind's at this time with Linux installed.  Even if you find versions with Linux the hardware can often be more limited than the Windows XP counterparts.  

You can still purchase an MSI Wind running Windows XP and then install Linux on it.  It may require tweaks and other special procedures depending on the Linux distribution you use.  

Two popular distributions are Ubuntu and OpenSUSE.  Below are two links to a Wiki with information on installing either OpenSUSE 11 and Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron.
