Payment:
We accept payment via Credit Cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We do not accept American Express or Diner's Club. We also accept Google Checkout and Paypal.
Special Note about Paypal eChecks:
We accept Paypal eCheck payments. Items ordered by eCheck through Paypal will be placed on a Paypal eCheck Hold until the eCheck clears on Paypal. Once the eCheck clears we will ship the item.
Pricing:
We do our best to offer you the best total price for your purchase. Total price includes the cost of the item plus the shipping cost. You may find lower prices elsewhere but shipping costs may be higher. Also, there are places you may find free shipping but the item cost may be higher.
MAP (Minimum Advertised Price):
MAP is a voluntary agreement a retailer enters into with a supplier. According to the agreement, which varies in details from vendor to vendor, the retailer can sell an item for any price, but may not advertise the item for an amount less than the Minimum Advertised Price. Retailers agree to MAP contracts because the vendor makes it worthwhile for them to do so. A retailer who abides by the agreement can count on getting first news and early shipments of new products, and generally enjoys a favored status.
In some cases some vendors may not allow us to sell an item at a lower cost than MSRP.
Price Changes:
AVC Distributor does not offer any price guarantee, because industry prices change too often and too fast. We are not responsible if the price changes after your order is placed but before shipment time. All prices are as posted at the time of purchase.
Order Changes:
Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by contacting AVC Distributor at sales at avcdistributor.com. We do our best to ship items promptly and there is no guarantee that an order can be amended or edited once it is placed. Once any box from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.
What happens if an item is found to be out of stock after Ordered:
Although it is a rare occasion, if an item is found to be out of stock after your order has been placed, then it will be removed from your order. We will not hold up an order because an item is backordered. You will not be charged for the backordered item or for the shipping cost of the item (if you were already charged, you will be refunded). The item that was backordered will have to be re-ordered online when it becomes available again. In some cases an out of stock item may be expected to be in stock in a short time frame. If this is the case we may give you the option of holding up your order until this item is in stock.
Pre-Orders:
Pre-orders are only offered for certain items. At this time, most of our products are not eligible for pre-order. An item's estimate time of arrival is subject to change without notice.
Out of Stock (Backordered) Items:
You can back order items even when they are sold out or out-of-stock. A backordered item may have an estimated time of arrival, although it is subject to change without notice. If you place an order including backordered items as part of the order, if the backordered item is in stock within 7 days we will ship the entire order when the backordered items are in stock. If the backordered item(s) have an Estimate Time of Arrival of longer than 7 days we will ship the in-stock items and then we will ship the remainder of the order when all the backordered items are in stock. If for any reason any of the backordered items are no longer available we will give a refund for that part of the order. If any of the backordered items take longer than 30 days to arrive we will cancel that part of the order and give a refund at that time.
